According to Lithuanian Ministry of Education and Science, the funding to study in second cycle (Master) study program might be provided to:
- Not more than 40 Ukrainian citizens (with the preference to students from Donetsk and Lugansk regions according to approved list of higher education institutions) will receive scholarship and their tuition fee will be covered.
- Not more than 15 students from Belarus, Georgia, Moldavia and Lithuanian-origin foreigners (with the exception of students from EU member states, EES and post-soviet space, not belonging to the EU) will receive scholarship and their tuition fee will be covered.
- Not more than 12 Armenian, Azerbaijanis, Kazakh, Uzbekistanis and Chinese citizens will receive only scholarship.
The candidates should provide their authorized copies of: identification document, higher education documents and its translation into Lithuanian, English or Russian, the language certificate (of the language the studies are implemented in) and its translation into Lithuanian, English or Russian, certificates of achievements in scientific/artistic activities and their translation into Lithuanian, English or Russian; the confirmation from Lithuanian higher education institution about being admitted to Master studies; his contact details.
All the documents should be provided until July 15th 2015 to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania personally or via Lithuanian diplomatic representation.
It should be noted that if students do not have TOEFL or IELTS certificate, they should provide a document, stating their English level being not lower than B2.
